01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Gaco33 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by gaco33.

By accessing or using any part of the gaco33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or policies published by gaco33 from time to time.

These Terms may be updated at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02User Eligibility

To use the gaco33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

  • At least 18 years old on the date of registration or any higher minimum legal age required by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher.
  • Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting or gambling services by the relevant authorities.
  • Not using the platform on behalf of another individual or entity without valid written authorisation from gaco33.
  • Residing in a territory or country where the use of platforms such as gaco33 is not prohibited by local law.
  • Not having a gaco33 account that was previously suspended, restricted, or closed due to a Terms violation.
Note: Gaco33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts unable to verify age eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete.

03Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at gaco33. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms.

Registration Details

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, mobile number, and any other required details. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. Gaco33 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the gaco33 support team immediately.

04Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the gaco33 platform are handled through a secure, integrated payment system. gaco33 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

Deposit Policy

  • The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the Payments section of the platform and is subject to change from time to time.
  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Gaco33 reserves the right to hold or cancel deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawal Policy

  • For security purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the amount and selected payment method.
  • Gaco33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits as a standard security measure.
  • Any withdrawal attempt suspected to be linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Security Note: Gaco33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Your financial data is never stored on gaco33 servers in an unprotected form.

05Bonus & Promotions

Gaco33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value to your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms.

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus granted by gaco33 carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related wins can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.

  • The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.
  • Not all games contribute equally towards fulfilling the wagering requirement. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated on the Promotions page.
  • Gaco33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of bonus system abuse.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

General Promotion Terms

Gaco33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit or abuse promotions will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the relevant account.

06Game Rules

All games offered on the gaco33 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Game Results

The results of all games on gaco33 are final. In the event of a dispute regarding game results, gaco33's server records will serve as the final reference. Gaco33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious gaming activity and take appropriate action.

Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, gaco33 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. In cases where a game cannot be completed due to a serious technical disruption, gaco33 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the user's account.

Gaco33 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of internet connection disruptions on the user's end, device failure, or other external factors beyond the platform's control.

07Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of gaco33's commitment to compliance and security, all members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed or when requested by our compliance team.

Required Documents

  • Identity Verification: A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
  • Address Verification: A utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the past three months containing your name and address.
  • Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (if required).

Gaco33 will process all KYC documents within 24–48 business hours. Accounts that are unable to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete.

08Prohibited Activities

The following is a list of activities strictly prohibited on the gaco33 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

  • Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tools designed to exploit or manipulate games.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
  • Registering or using multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
  • Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits (money laundering).
  • Abusing the customer support system, including filing false complaints or using offensive language towards our support representatives.
  • Sharing your account login details with another party or allowing others to use your account.
  • Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the gaco33 platform.
Warning: Gaco33 cooperates with the relevant authorities and will report any suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or cybercrime.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Gaco33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Account Closure at User Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the gaco33 customer support team. Before the account is closed, all pending transactions will be processed and any eligible balance will be transferred to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Account Closure by Gaco33

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, gaco33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses in that account without compensation. You are not entitled to open a new account after closure for a violation unless written permission is obtained from gaco33 management.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gaco33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

  • Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that did not go in your favour.
  • Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
  • Changes in laws or regulations affecting the operation of the platform.

The maximum total liability of gaco33 to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Gaco33 is committed to protecting the personal information of all its users. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which form part of these Terms and must be read together.

By using the gaco33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations and platform operational requirements.

Gaco33 will not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. However, we may share necessary information with payment service providers, technology partners, or relevant authorities when required by law.

12Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Gaco33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is immediately required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the gaco33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to process your account closure.
